Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Liza website and the Liza beta application. Liza is operated by Kristóf Éger, a private individual based in Hungary ("we"). By creating an account or using Liza, you accept these terms. If you use Liza for an organisation, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.
1. Beta service
Liza is an invite-only beta, currently provided free of charge. Features may change, be paused or end, and the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We will try to give reasonable notice before ending the beta and let you export your content.
2. Your account
- Keep your sign-in secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
- Invitations are personal and may only be used by the invited email address.
- Organisation owners and admins control who joins their workspace and what is shared there.
3. Your content and connected tools
You keep all rights to your content and to data from tools you connect. You give us permission to process it only to provide Liza to you and your team. You confirm you are allowed to connect those tools and to let Liza read and, with your confirmation, act in them. Third-party tools are governed by their own terms.
4. AI output
Liza uses AI and may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Review drafts, summaries and advice before relying on them. Liza is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. You remain responsible for messages you send and actions you approve.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Liza to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
- access data or accounts you are not authorised to access;
- send spam, malware or deceptive content;
- probe, overload or circumvent the security or limits of the service;
- build a competing product by copying Liza.
We may suspend accounts that breach these rules or put others at risk.
6. Our rights
The Liza software, design and brand belong to us. These terms do not transfer any of them to you.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for the free beta is limited to EUR 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence, or harm to life, body or health.
8. Ending use
You can stop using Liza and ask for account deletion at any time. Data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will tell account holders about material changes before they apply.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Courts competent for Budapest have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
